Each session runs for 1 hour and 30 minutes, providing ample time for warm-ups, skill-building exercises, and practice routines to enhance your learning experience.

If the class still has available slots, you can pay directly at the studio if you weren’t able to book your spot through our website in advance.

All our classes are open to everyone, with the exception of kids' classes, which will be clearly indicated in their descriptions.

We update the schedule every Sunday, or by Monday at the latest.
